TERMS and CONDITIONS:

All Sales are Final. No Refunds. No exchanges or refunds on Custom Lights, leather upholstery, Window Tint, or parts ordered in.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Spray on Lining application process requires sanding and masking of the truck, vehicle, or any other object. Purchaser warrants the paint on the vehicle or object against damage due to application or removal of tape.

Purchaser warrants the paint to be bonded to the vehicle or object. The bonded spray on lining is a permanent accessory. Customer understands that the product cannot be removed from the vehicle or object once installed.

Customer acknowledges that spray on linings sold as “Cosmetic spray on linings” are only cosmetic and have no warranty whatsoever. Customer acknowledges that they are responsible for removing all parts that cover the application area, including but not limited to bumpers, fender flares, moulding, step bars, ect. Gulf South Customized, Inc. dba Gulf South Customs will not remove these parts and will only spray as close to them as they deem possible.

All hardware/fasteners installed with suspension, tow hitches, gooseneck hitches, and or fifth wheel hitches by Gulf South Customized, Inc. must be retorqued after break in period and or 50 miles, customer acknowledges and assumes responsibility for doing so. By signing this agreement, I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Gulf South Customized, Inc. dba Gulf South Customs Inc., as well as all Gulf South Customized, Inc. dba Gulf South Customs, Inc. employees, agents, representatives, successors, etc. from all losses, claims, theft, demands, liabilities, causes of action, or expenses, known or unknown, arising out of installation of any aftermarket parts including but not limited to suspension, tow hitches, gooseneck hitches, fifth wheel hitches, wheels, and tires.

AUTHORIZATION: I herby authorize the work described on this work order to be done on my vehicle or property. You and your employees may operate my vehicle for the purpose of product fitting, cleaning, inspection, collection and delivery at my risk. You will not be held responsible for loss or damage to the vehicle or property in case of fire, theft, vandalism, accident or any other cause. I have read and acknowledge receipt of the estimate for this work. An express mechanics lien is acknowledged on the vehicle or property to secure the amount of work performed.

PAYMENT: All payments are due upon reciept and will incur 5% Finance Charges for every 30 days past due. Customer also agrees to pay all legal fees associated with obtaining full payment.

WARRANTY: This Reflex Linings dealer will repair, without charge, the lining which, under our examination, proves to be defective in material or workmanship for as long as the vehicle is owned by the person named on original work order/invoice. Original work order/invoice required as proof of purchase. This warranty is valid only if: 1)The product has not been misused, abused or subject to excessive wear (gouges, punctures, and thinning are considered abuse, misuse and excessive wear). 2)Under our examination, the spray on lining has released from the paint or primer solely by itself, and there is no paint stuck to the liner indicating the paint actually failed not the lining. This warranty is void if the lining, under our examination, has been picked, pulled, torn, cut, or damaged by any form or fashion  in the efforts to make a fraudulent warranty claim or any other reason.  This warranty is void if the lining, under our examination, has been altered or repaired by anyone other than Gulf South Customized, Inc., without the written consent of an officer of Gulf South Customized, Inc. The forgoing is in lieu of any other warranty or guarantee expressed or implied, and we are not responsible for any expense, including inconvenience or consequential damage caused by items of our manufacture or sale. Some states do not allow certain exclusions or limitations found in this warranty so they may not apply to you. All Reflex Linings bed liners purchased must be returned to installing dealer to be examined for a warranty claim. This Warranty is not transferable.

All color restorations and headlight restorations have No warranty whatsoever. All restorations are the sole responsibility of the customer to maintain appearance.

All window film installed by Gulf South Customized, Inc. dba Gulf South Customs will be repaired, without charge, the window film which, under our examination, proves to be defective in material or workmanship for as long as the vehicle is owned by the person named on this work order. The warranty is valid only if: 1)The product has not been misused, abused or subject to excessive wear. 2) Under our examination, the window film has released from the glass solely by itself. This warranty is void if the window film, under our examination, has been picked, pulled, torn, cut, or damaged by any form or fashion  in the efforts to make a fraudulent warranty claim or any other reason.  This warranty is void if the window film, under our examination, has been altered or repaired by anyone other than Gulf South Customized, Inc., without the written consent of an officer of Gulf South Customized, Inc. The forgoing is in lieu of any other warranty or guarantee expressed or implied, and we are not responsible for any expense, including inconvenience or consequential damage caused by items of our manufacture or sale. This Warranty is not transferable.

All products with manufacturer warranties must be returned to their manufacturer. All manufacturer warranties are subject to their own terms and conditions.
